The Village of Windsor contracts with Kelly Green from General Engineering Company for building inspection services. His office hours are by appointment only.
Submit a Building Permit Application
All applications must be completed online. The online application process allows for paperless submission of applications, real-time correspondence with Village staff and consultants, tracking of applications, issuance of permits and certificates of occupancy, and enhanced record keeping.
Applications can be paid by check (payable to and mailed to) Village of Windsor, 4084 Mueller Road, DeForest, WI 53532; or credit card (processing fees do apply).
Address signs can be picked up at the Windsor Municipal Building during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
