Finance

The Finance Department is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of all village operations and is entrusted with collecting, depositing, and investing all village funds.

This includes:

• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable - billing and collections
• Investment and cash management
• Maintenance of all financial records
• Payroll for all village  employees
• Property tax collections
• Utility collections

The Finance Department is also responsible for the preparation of the annual budget, Capital Improvement Plan and the fixed asset record.
